Return/Refund/Credit Eligibility
Paper stationery products are not eligible for a return due to a change of mind. They are individually hand wrapped and once that wrapping is undone the item is considered used.
Downloadable files are not eligible for a return/refund due to being able to save them to your computer.
There are also no returns on sale items or items bought using a discount code.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store credits and refunds are eligible on damaged products.
Non-paper products are eligible for a return due to change of mind or faults.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, crinkle free and unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Keep your return tracking number, Lucin Co is not responsible for any items lost on their way back to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
