Shipping Policy

🎄🎅🏼 Orders placed after the 10th of December do not have guaranteed Christmas delivery. So sorry for the inconvenience. 😢

Lucin Co is a small business that operates 3 days per week. All orders are packed within 72 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed after 2:00pm on a Friday or weekend will be sent on Monday afternoon. 

During major launch nights or sale event periods delays may be experienced. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and if you need to track your parcel you can enter your tracking number here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search 

Lucin Co currently only offers standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand. You may notice our standard rate is very cheap, this is because we as a company are paying $5-10 for you with every purchase. It actually costs us a lot more than $5 to ship your order but we are proud to take that fee. 

Standard postage rate:
Australia: $5
New Zealand: $13

Free postage rate:
Australia: Spend $80 + and unlock free postage
New Zealand: Spend $100 + and unlock free postage
